A Lasting Investment
The Southfield Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (SNRI) is more than just a housing program. This is an investment in the quality of life for every resident. By holding negligent landlords accountable and preventing homes from sitting vacant, SNRI protects neighborhood stability, preserves property values, and maintains a strong tax base.
But the impact goes far beyond housing. A strong tax base means Southfield can deliver the essential services residents count on every day: responsive police and fire protection; well-maintained infrastructure; and safe, welcoming parks and public spaces.
These are the things that not only keep families secure, but, also, make a city vibrant, livable, and attractive for future generations. By enhancing safety, stability, and lifestyle, the program benefits every resident and builds pride in the city we call home.
